These terms govern your use of Iniyaval Return Gifts (iniyavalreturngifts.com) and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm an order once payment is received. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example if an item is out of stock, pricing was displayed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment already made in that case.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Customization

Personalized or custom-printed items are made based on the details you provide (text, photos, or designs sent via WhatsApp). Please double-check spelling and details before confirming — customized items generally cannot be exchanged for a different design once production has started.

Intellectual property

Product photos, designs, and site content belong to Iniyaval Return Gifts unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission. For custom orders, you confirm you have the right to use any image, logo, or text you send us for printing.

Limitation of liability

We aim for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but slight variations in color or finish (especially for handmade or brass items) may occur. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
