Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Customized Products

  • No returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted for customized or personalized products once the order is confirmed.

  • This includes products with names, dates, logos, or custom designs.

2. Non-Customized Products

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch.

  • Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability and management approval.
