Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Customized Products
No returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted for customized or personalized products once the order is confirmed.
This includes products with names, dates, logos, or custom designs.
2. Non-Customized Products
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch.
Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability and management approval.
